Blocs Essential and Blocs Pro grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Blocs software and associated documentation. This license is for personal use; Blocs, Bits or Blueprints cannot be redistributed or resold.

Blocs Business grants you access to 10 licenses within the same organisation to use Blocs software and associated documentation. This license is for commercial use and templates can be resold although only as styled websites. Any Blocs, Bits and Blueprints not used must be deleted from active pages.

3. Intellectual Property 

All content, design elements, and software provided by Blocs are the intellectual property of Bord.Digital and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use of any materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. 

4. Limitation of Liability 

Bord.Digital shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the products, even if Bord digital has been notified of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Bord Digitals' total liability exceed the amount paid for the product. 

5. No Refunds 

All purchases of Blocs are final. We do not offer refunds. Please ensure that the product meets your needs before purchasing. 

6. Updates and Changes 

Bord.Digital reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the product at any time without prior notice. We may also modify these Terms and Conditions, and your continued use of the product signifies your acceptance of such changes. 

7. Termination 

Blocs reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our products and services without notice if you breach any terms of this agreement.
